If there is a problem with any of the soapmaking supplies or equipment that you purchase off of this site, we will absolutely make it right with you!  

Please contact us at shanna@brbgoatmilksoap.com to report the issue.  We will resolve the issues by either replacing the product or refunding your money, at our discretion.  

However, we will not replace or refund based on personal preference of scent or color.  Since, by the nature of these purchases, you are purchasing a fragrance that you have not smelled yet and colors you have not seen, there is an element of "risk" there, and we cannot assume that risk for you.  We do not take returns based on that.  Please choose your project kit carefully! 

If, however, there is an issue with the project kit, such as the fragrance or colorant leaked, that we will replace.  Just let us know!
