Shipping policy

Shipping Policy: 

USA Sassy Soapers boxes are charged $8, possibly more depending on the size box you order. Other store items' shipping rates are based on weight and size. If you order today, your items typically ship within one week. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout.

USA shipments typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. 

 

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy:

Sassy Soapers subscriptions renew on the same day of enrollment each month. If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged immediately at checkout. Your membership will renew on your original order date. For example, if you joined the membership on the 16th of the month, your membership will renew next month on the 16th.

Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.

To edit your Sassy Soapers subscription, you’ll need to login to the Training Library. To login to your account, go here: https://shop.brbgoatmilksoap.com/l/big-red-barn-sassy-soapers/ 

Use the login information that you set up when you created your account. You can then pause or cancel your membership.
