If you join Sassy Soapers before our monthly training for that month, you will receive the supplies box for that month, and it will ship within a week. If you join after our monthly training date, you will receive the supplies box for the next month, and that box will ship out on the 15th of the next month. You are welcome to purchase a supplies kit from a previous month to get you started on your soapmaking right away!
Tax amounts (if any) are based on your shipping location and vary by county and state. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout. Your recurring monthly Sassy Soapers membership charge will charge on the same date as your original purchase date each month.
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login. Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay an outstanding balance. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Click the link at the bottom of your "Sassy Soapers membership" invoice. That will take you to the Customer Hub of our Membership platform. From there you can cancel your membership, update payment info or change your shipping address.
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
Your monthly scent and colorant box will contain everything you need to make 1 batch that month's Sassy Soapers project, minus the basic oils, goat milk, and lye that you need to provide. Additional boxes will also contain scent, colorants, or additives for 1 batch of that specific project.
